Use PipraPay for lawful purposes and keep your usage of the Software responsible. The PipraPay Software is open-source and available under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0), which governs your rights to use, modify it. These Terms exist only to clarify acceptable use and do not restrict your rights under the AGPL-3.0.
Introduction
These Terms apply to your use of the PipraPay open-source software, including its source code, binaries, SDKs, plugins, and related tools (collectively, the “Software”).
PipraPay is an open-source project licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0).
Definitions
- Software
- The PipraPay open-source codebase, including source code, binaries, SDKs, plugins, and documentation.
- AGPL-3.0 License
- The GNU Affero General Public License version 3 under which PipraPay Software is distributed.
- Project
- The PipraPay open-source project maintained by QubePlug Bangladesh.
GNU AGPL v3 License
The PipraPay Software is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0).
You may use, modify, and distribute the Software under the terms of the AGPL-3.0 license.
If you modify PipraPay and make it available to users over a network, you must also make the modified source code available under AGPL-3.0.
This document does not replace or override the AGPL-3.0 license.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use PipraPay Software for illegal or harmful purposes, including but not limited to:
- Fraud, money laundering, or financial crimes
- Terrorism financing or sanctioned activities
- Violation of applicable laws or regulations
- Distribution of malicious software or abuse of systems
You are responsible for how you deploy and use the Software.
Your Data
PipraPay Software does not collect or transmit user data by default.
If you choose to build your own services using PipraPay, you are fully responsible for any data collection, storage, and processing.
Third-party Plugins
The ecosystem may include third-party plugins or extensions. These are not maintained or verified by PipraPay unless explicitly stated.
You are responsible for reviewing and validating any third-party code before use.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free, secure, or suitable for any specific purpose.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PipraPay contributors or maintainers be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
Termination
You may stop using the Software at any time. Your rights under the AGPL-3.0 license remain in effect as long as you comply with its terms.
Changes to this document
This document may be updated from time to time to reflect project changes. The latest version will always be available in the official repository.
